Place an Order

Thank you for ordering!  Your donation will help fund a cure for neuroblatoma.  


Each lanyard is individually designed and made by the friends and families of kids with neuroblastoma.  Ordering is a two-step process:  1) place your order, and 2) make your donation.

Use this form to place your order and specify your preferences.

Under Product, specify whether you are ordering a lanyard, manyard, eyeglasses chain, or necklace.
Under Remarks, you can customize your order. Choose your preferred color combination, whether you'd like a longer or shorter length, and give instructions on style (for example, "delicate", "bold", "asymmetrical","manly", etc.)

Then, make your donation either by check or securely online.
